Everything was great and went exactly as promised. Ciera was really helpful and courteous and the tag team of Miller and Sullivan were right on time. I especially appreciated Jesse's leadership to make certain that things were moved carefully and the house had the least amount of impact from the winter weather. They got right to work and kept moving. Small job, but they treated me like a big customer. Appreciate everything from start to finish. Ann

The truck was 5hrs late with no communication. Golden Valley branch never answered my calls or returned calls. When the truck did show up it was to late to make the move. We didn't experience these problems with any other of the 2 men branchs.

They tracked-in lots of dirt. It took hours to clean it up. The Salvation Army had two men take out the existing bedroom furniture the day before Two Men and A Truck came. There was no need for clean-up; somehow they managed not to track-in mud and dirt.
The mattress was not well-protected (moving companies often shrink wrap those). They got smudges on the mattress. When making up the bed, I noticed that one of the slats was off kilter. I discovered that one of the screws was missing. It is a new bed purchased from Ethan Allen in late December. It did not have any issues. After everything was unloaded, Kyle could not find his phone. He asked me to call it; I did. No ringing was heard. He then said that he had had it on vibrate. He then retraced everywhere he had been

A neighbor recommended Two Men and a Truck but, unfortunately for us this was a bad experience. While the movers were very polite they left my new construction home & sold townhouse extremely dirty & damage. Gun safe w/o asking removed the door (this has never been done w/ other mover) sustained snow & ice got in the door jamb & paint was scraped thru to the metal. We also sustained deep gouging to the hardwood floor in the new home. Damage to the decorative bed. I think the hardest part was that the workers SAW the damage when it happened (as did I). When they were leaving asked if there was anything else .. We had to point out damages that we saw-disheartening. We had heard so many good things about your company & felt comfortable & were very disappointed when all this happened

I was mostly very satisfied with the move. Unfortunately the truck was just a bit too small to move a few pieces of furniture, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a great experience.

The two men who came to do our move were great - helped us a lot. Communicated very well, and made sure we knew what to expect. It was snowing heavily that day so there were some extra challenges but they handled everything very well. Thank you!
