My overall experience after the guys arrived was great. However, I was given a time frame of arrival which was incorrect which caused me to wait over and hour more than expected. Plus, the truck was another 45 minutes late. Had I been given the correct estimated time of arrival up front I could have planned my day much better. I called to find out the scheduler provided an incorrect time of arrival and was only told they were sorry and to have a wonderful rest of my day. I don't believe they cared at all that I was inconvenienced.

Our move didn't start out well due to the job before ours took much longer then expected and this delayed our start time. I called the office and was reassured a team would be coming. Once the movers arrived it went very well. I was amazed how well the furniture was wrapped. I was worried about the walls and floors especially the basement stairway walls but all was taken well cared of like they lived there. The men were very nice and worked hard as a team.

Surveyor thought 80-90% of my belongings would fit on the truck. Movers got maybe 50%, so I was stuck doing the rest myself. I think it was due to poor planning and inefficient stacking, but I'm not an expert at moving. They scratched a door frame and somehow ripped a couch cushion, but that's better than other movers I've had.

From the first phone call I knew this was the company I was going with. The staff was friendly, provided a clear explanation of services, and answered all my questions. Movers were on time, fast and thoughtful, taking care of all our belongings. I even got a call from the Move manager half way through the move to make sure everything was going well. Now that’s service! Highly recommend!

I honestly don't know how you do it, but every single individual we spoke with and worked with on our move was absolutely positively awesome! The moving team was quick and efficient and friendly and respectful. The leader of the team, Victor, was clearly a good leader as the guys were excellent. The young lady that come to the house prior to the move to verify our requirements was equally excellent. I just can't say enough good things about it, other than, as awful as moving is, your group made it pleasant! MANY thanks!

Two Men and a Truck is our goto movers for our company. We have used them for many years. They are reliable, efficient and always a pleasure to work with no matter the city or state. I continue to make my first call to them when we close a location and need to move our furniture to a new site.

Moved Monday July 16th. It was a smooth move. But when everything was moved to our new house and the movers left we couldn’t get our garage door down. We got it up perfectly fine using the button when the movers arrived. One big planter pot broke. When the movers left my old house they left the garages door open AND the door from garage to the house OPEN! I had the AC on full speed and for HOURS when we where in the new house unloading, the cold air just went out the door. Not happy with that. Also, the mattresses they moved was not covered protected in anything so the mattresses had dirt/black stains on them from dirty fingers. I called on Tuesday about all this and I was told someone would contact me, but I’ve heard nothing. I would like for someone to get back with me.

I am so pleased with the entire experience with Two Men and a Truck. The move was a little complicated because they had to go to two different houses but Neil and Anthony kept everything organized. They took such care with everything and were always cordial and willing to do whatever I needed. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck and especially the Livonia, MI team.

From my first inquiry to the time the movers pulled out after moving my stuff the experience with your company was really great. The office team kindly answered all of my questions. The moving team was really top notch. Demetrius, Craig and Charles were very kind to me and my kids. They were extremely thorough and mindful of my stuff and were great problem solvers when in came to maneuvering big stuff in awkward spots. I honestly don’t know how they did it. They are an excellent team and I’m very happy they moved my life from one place to another. With movers like this it’s no wonder you guys have spread from MI all over the country. THANKS!
