Scheduling and rescheduling my move was very easy. The lady who took my calls and called me back were very friendly and helpful. The movers arrived as promised. They were friendly and efficiently wrapped and moved my items. The only issue I had was a mirror was left behind. I did call and they did acknowledge that it was left behind. I called the next day and the company made it right.

I still feel they need to have they're own tip section for the individual movers themselves.
I do not like that I can't tip them directly. Not positive of they take all or a percentage if sent through the tablet. I'd like more clarity as to where that money is going. I did make sure they were taken care of.

We also appreciate you bringing up the tipping process. We want to clarify that 100% of any tip given goes directly to the movers who performed the job. When a tip is provided by credit card through the tablet, it is reported as taxable income and is split evenly among the movers on that job. Cash tips are also given directly to the movers and are not taxed through our payroll system.

Quentin, Elijah, and Antonio did a great job. I had them help take everything out of my house for my move. They did such a great job I requested them to help me move out of my storage unit as well. I highly recommend them.

My move was 25 June 2026, the team left a significant amount of items behind. I have been trying to work with Garrett Newhouse for resolution and now have forwarded pictures and received no response. When speaking with Debbie in the office, he's out of the office, she refused to give me his cell #, his office voicemail, nor the franchise owners information so I can get my items.

At the completion of the move, you were not present for the final walkthrough; your mother was present and completed the walkthrough with the moving team and signed off that everything had been loaded into our truck. After the loading of your belongings was completed and the movers began their drive out of state, you contacted our office regarding items you believed were left behind. Our team offered to turn around and retrieve the items, but that option was declined and you stated you would retrieve them yourself.
Since then, we have continued to work toward a resolution and have offered additional options, including assisting with shipping costs for the remaining items or returning the items at a significantly discounted rate. We remain committed to addressing concerns through our established process and working toward a reasonable resolution.
