Company is very accommodating, easy to work with. I scheduled a move and then had to push out the date, not a problem. I needed help to pack, not a problem. I was worried that on that sloppy rainy day before the ice storm the guys would track mud on my brand new white carpet, they were careful to make sure that didn't happen. I did have an item damaged that is distressing to me. My grandmother's antique commode is now unusable because one of the legs was broken off during the move. This sentimental piece needs a potentially expensive repair. It just makes me a little heartsick. If it had been lifted to move it across the room, it would have been fine.....it always has been. But instead, it was pushed....it was too fragile for that and the leg was snapped off. Can you help?

Jesse was wonderful and so helpful to deal with. The movers were also polite and wonderful to deal with. I could not have asked for better treatment and service. I would give you 100% satisfaction. We will use you again. Thank you for being there for us.

We have used two men and a truck in the local Lansing, Mich area previously at least two times. My friends in the Green Bay, Wis have also used two men and a truck. All the experiences we/I have had w/2 men and a truck have been OUTSTANDING! My daughter has had to move from two apartments, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor, and, of course, no elevators. Each time the movers "do care" did an outstanding job! Couldn't have been more appreciative. This last time, there was an unexpected emergency with one of the movers who had to leave as soon as possible. Although it took only about 15 minutes for a replacement, neither mover stopped their duties and continued until the replacement came. Outstanding! Tried to praise you more but ran out of room. Every aspect of my experience was above expectation. The office staff was patient with my need for meeting a time deadline. They responded with knowledge, empathy and enthusiasum. The movers were the same. Will use them again and will promote them to friends and family. They took all stress away from the move. Kudos to the office staff and movers John W., Jon N. and Aaron M. It must be a good company as all were so upbeat, patient and willing to make the whole experience pleasant. Thank you all

Kevin, Randy and Dakota are awesome. This is our fourth move - and they were the best team ever. They were safety conscious and were very professional. They took great care to make sure our treasurers were delivered safely. I would and have highly recommended you and this team to anyone! Great work! Thank you!

...somehow our move date got mixed up so we waited at Burcham for an hour and then called the office. They said they had us down for Friday instead of Thursday which our confirmation indicated. Service was good when they came on Friday.

Everything was great! Very respectful. Only concern is that I paid for mattress protectors but they were not used, and I wasn’t refunded that amount.

The two movers who took care of our move (Pratt and Ingram) were very polite, worked quickly and handled everything with care. They had some problems with getting access into the new apartment's loading area and they communicated with us to keep us informed. Great team!

Great job by Will and Ryan! They were prompt, fast, careful, and courteous. Will use TM&T again!
