Every aspect of my experience was above expectation. The office staff was patient with my need for meeting a time deadline. They responded with knowledge, empathy and enthusiasum. The movers were the same. Will use them again and will promote them to friends and family. They took all stress away from the move. Kudos to the office staff and movers John W., Jon N. and Aaron M. It must be a good company as all were so upbeat, patient and willing to make the whole experience pleasant. Thank you all

...somehow our move date got mixed up so we waited at Burcham for an hour and then called the office. They said they had us down for Friday instead of Thursday which our confirmation indicated. Service was good when they came on Friday.

Everything was great! Very respectful. Only concern is that I paid for mattress protectors but they were not used, and I wasn’t refunded that amount.

The two movers who took care of our move (Pratt and Ingram) were very polite, worked quickly and handled everything with care. They had some problems with getting access into the new apartment's loading area and they communicated with us to keep us informed. Great team!

The guys that moved me were great. They kept me informed, were friendly and worked hard the entire time they were moving me. I had a delivery at the same time they were moving me and they were so nice about it. I know it caused some interference on what they were doing but they never got upset, they just went with it. i would highly recomment two men and a truck and was very impressed with the guys that moved me. Moving is never easy but they made it as easy as possible for me. thank you

The movers, Neil and Carson (sic), were fantastic----hard-working, cooperative, transparent and friendly-everything you would want for movers. Give them a raise! :-)
I was a little surprised that the estimated weight was so far off--a consequence of not seeing the items beforehand. But my movers explained the issue up front and clearly.

We had a move last week and were wonderfully served by Two Men and a Truck. The estimator was thorough and the movers were extremely polite and efficient and did everything to help out with some awkward shaped items. My only suggestion would be that a confirmation call a day before the scheduled move would have been a big help (I forgot to call but there was a lot on my mind). That said, I did receive a response AFTER HOURS to my request for a confirmation. We actually came in below the estimate. Super satisfied return customer here.
