We needed help exchanging a large item to costco and back to our home. I wasn't sure if this was a service you offered so I was happy to see it on the website. I received a call back right away from my online inquiry and we were able to get next day service and a call 45 minutes prior so we cold have someone home. The two guys that came out (Dubon and Vincent) were great! My husband was so appreciative to have the use of your vehicle and manpower to get our items home safely. You will always be our first call and referral to our friends and family.

We moved from Grand Rapids Michigan down to Orlando Florida in January. Our movers were Corey K. and Sean H. and they were wonderful! They were efficient, professional, and very good at communicating throughout the whole packing/moving/unloading process. They both deserve A++ ratings. The movers took far too long. Our estimated time was 5-7 hours, and they were there for almost 9. None of the moving included boxes. Only larger items, and not many. And our friends had to come help so we could get things moving quicker. We paid over $1,000 for something our friends could have done for free and in less than 3 hours. I’m a real estate agent and will not recommend this company. I’m very disappointed, and sad that we paid so much money for something that we thought would make our move easier, not more stressful.

The three man crew worked very diligently despite the freezing cold and snowy weather. Very personable. Estimator stated move would take half a day and it took 10 hours and two trips. We had heavy Amish made quarter sawn furniture that was difficult to move. Our biggest concern was that the furniture could have used more wrap and blankets. We ended up with a few knicks and scratches on the finish of our pieces due to a lack of wrap, blankets and stacking in the truck.
