A knob was broken off of one of my dressers! (Accidents happen, but I certainly wish they didn't with this piece as it's irreplaceable.)

The guys were great friendly and courteous. Only reason I didnt mark excellent is because they broke the glass globe of my lamp

One of the guys reeked of alcohol. Not sure if he was out drinking the night before or what but when asked about it, his demeanor and attitude changed. Also, use TMAAT to move into our storage unit and they had put a nightstand on top of a credenza. When these guys took the nightstand off, it ripped paint off the credenza. They called me and told me that “it wasn’t their fault.” Not exactly shining moments.

When I set up a in-home move. I had made it clear both items were large, awkward and very heavy. I strongly suggested experienced movers that were very strong. He send he would make the note of it. We had two small, very young movers, whom had been working all day. They absolutely destroyed our walls, which are plaster, not easy to repair. The armoire (the heaviest item) was scrapped up and dented. One of the shelves were broken and later were given the nails without explanation of where they came from. A large hole now exist in the back of the armoire. They rested the items on our railing, while also continuously banging the dresser(s) into it. Leaving paint ripped off and broken. We have pictures of all the damages, we hired a moving company to prevent these problems. This is not okay.

I had movers move my stuff into 3 storage units. I recently opened up the unit that 2 of the 4 guys packed and was appalled at what I saw. Heavy boxes packed on top of light boxes causing them to crush. Boxes labeled fragile placed on the bottom used as support boxes for others to stack onto. I am currently assessing the damage. I was very disappointed to find how things were stacked.

They were great, one of the men did break a small tike that I had, but he was replaced and Willie & the other man, didn't catch his name, would it be Rembrandt (?) were great.

Very happy with the pre-move appointment to determine our needs and our questions & concerns were answered. On move day the guys were very helpful and went right to work wrapping the furniture and making the whole day go smoothly. Actual time needed was somewhat less than anticipated and there were no surprises. A little bit of damage to outdoor furniture but nothing broken. Guys were all friendly and courteous.

My experience was very good. The movers were on time and the cost was under the estimate I received over the phone. There was a minor incident in which my desk and hutch were slightly damaged but repairable. All in all the guys did a very good job, were very helpful and courteous. I would be very likely to use your company again should if the need should arise.

They were not very fast and couldn’t move a sofa out of basement and spent an hour trying to figure it out until I told them to forget it. My son in law took it out the next day. That’s why I hired them to lift things. They put holes in lots of walls. I would not hire them again. I paid them 1200 for a 3 bedroom house. I packed all clothes and dishes and garage myself all they took is furniture.

Our dryer was dented in the top due to heavy items being place on top. Our washer hose was busted leaving leaks in our new home due to it being place into the lid with heavy boxes being place on top also . These should have been strapped to the washer ! We were refunded the over night stay due to the fact we had to bring five truck loads of stuff including boxes back in addition to the moving truck. If the estimate is just based on a full truck and not a full move then you guys have no business taking on this kind of move. I felt sorry for the workers being placed in this position. Estimators should be very clear when they say we should be able to get everything in the truck except lawn equipment! We feel we got shafted pretty bad!
