I hired other movers and they did not show up. Two Men and a Truck staff went out of their way to move my things the same day. I had small amount to move and the men moved everything very fast and efficiently for me. I so much appreciated the courtesy and help when I needed it so badly!

Aside from the fact that your guys lost the screws to my sons bed frame (which I have yet to find replacements for) the service that was provided was excellent. Better communication on the whereabouts of the staff would have been appreciated as there was a long delay between departure from my moving state to my new state of residence.

Case

Have witnessed TWO MEN AND A TRUCK move my customers whom I have built homes for. Have always been impressed with the care the teams have taken not to bang up the walls in these brand new homes, so I thought I'd use them in my own home!
I thought Dominic and Jason did an awesome job. Those guys were almost running back and forth to their truck to keep things moving. They were very nice guys and I would love to work with them again.

Movers did a very good job and appeared to try their best to keep items moved from being damaged. I was told I would get a call regarding how many storage containers were used to store my items and never did get that call.

I felt that there was no urgency on behalf of the moving team while on the clock. I was quoted 1 1/4 hr to move a few items and was billed for 2 complete hours. It took them over 10 minutes in the truck to fill out paperwork and they doubled the drive time back to their office which I felt I was cheated on my billing.

The office staff made sure I had boxes and packing material and delivered packing material twice. The two guys (Donovan andamp; Brendan) who packed and moved my household goods were incredible. They helped out every time I asked and were good people to work around. I'd use Two Men andamp; A Truck just because of their good service.

We used Two Men and A Truck several years ago to relocate from one city 60 miles away. Two years our daughter used another mover (to save money) and it was not a good experience. Therefore, we decided it is worth the money to pay a little extra to have cheerful movers with good attitudes, who appear to enjoy their job, are careful with our belongings, and very considerate of our personal property to insure that nothing was damaged. It is worth the andquot;peace of mindandquot; to use Two Men and a Truck that we will never use any other movers. Another benefit is that they gladly do andquot;internalandquot; moves if we just need heavy items moved from one level/area of our home to another. In our opinion, andquot;they are the best.andquot;
