Julian, Master, and Griff were truly phenomenal! I did not have to lift a finger and they treated all my furniture with so much care and respect. They were also incredibly friendly and professional, arriving at my property with a handshake and a smile. My move was a sensitive situation and they were just so kind and friendly that it really made my day and made the whole situation easier for me!

Griff and Nick were great. They showed up on time, were clear with the plan, and ask plenty of questions to make sure we were satisfied and understanding. They make the move completely seamless!

Your estimate did not include the travel time, which adds an additional $100 to the bill. This info is buried in the contract language. It should have been made clear in the estimate. In my opinion, it’s dirty…just a way to sneak in additional fees. I won’t use you again.

The Grand Rapids team Jason and Grif were great in doing the delivery. Furniture placed as I directed. Took away the boxes that were unpacked.
