All in all it was good. The one pain point was that I had a convertible bunk bed (can be two single beds or stacked). I was told during the move that they couldn’t reassemble the bed after disassembly due to liability reasons with a bunk bed. Would have been nice to know this in advance or would have been nice if the beds could be assembled as single beds versus bunk. It was an unexpected task.

My crew was good. Communication was great and they were very careful and professional.

The two men who came extremely polite, introduced themselves on first arriving. They were very efficient and did a great job, left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend and even use them again.

Our moving team did great. They were very friendly and asked questions/made recommendations for moving our furniture. The mover in charge of the paperwork did a good job explaining what the process would look like. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service.

Great job overall. We had one item break and unfortunately it was an antique dining room table from my wife’s grandmother. The legs were not removed from the table. The legs should have been removed from the table, the table legs were completely destroyed.
