Everything went good except them breaking my couch, and driving up on grass in island around cuddle sack. Left a message for the office in brownstown. Still heard nothing back. I need this resolved.

All in all it was good. The one pain point was that I had a convertible bunk bed (can be two single beds or stacked). I was told during the move that they couldn’t reassemble the bed after disassembly due to liability reasons with a bunk bed. Would have been nice to know this in advance or would have been nice if the beds could be assembled as single beds versus bunk. It was an unexpected task.

The two men who came extremely polite, introduced themselves on first arriving. They were very efficient and did a great job, left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend and even use them again.
