The whole process from quote to final bill was excellent. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional colleagues from start to fninsh.

We had a great experience with Two Men And A Truck. We had a small move within Ann Arbor, only boxes, no furniture. We compared several options and found Two Men And a Truck to be the best choice. The move was professionally handled and at a fair price. The movers were timely, fast, efficient and careful.

I was generally satisfied with the overall move. My problems are as follows.
When the boxes were taken down to the basement, my wife had asked that certain items be placed in specific places. Also she asked that the boxes labled for upstairs not go into the basement. When the move was over and I went to the basement to check out how things were, I was livid. Nothing had been placed where asked and the overall area was nothing but boxes piled on top of one another to the point of crushing other boxes. There was no symetry or organization whatsoever. It was a mess. I blame this on the 3 seasoned men dumping off on Kim, the new guy. They just kept piling everything on him to carry downstairs with no guidance as to arrangement. The move was generally very sloppy. My referrals will be careful.

the movers were great and Ashley was terrific on her end scheduling the move. I change date I think 3 times and she was alweays accomidating and friendly. But Kym I think her name was totally disrespectful and rude.

The workers were amazing. They came in and moved as fast as possible without breaking anything. It was well worth the price as there was never a moment where people were standing around.

From the moment I placed a phone call to the Chicago branch expressing our need to move the contents of our son’s apartment back to Ann Arbor, the coordination, communication, and level of service was exceptional. Ashley And Michael in the office to Chris and Zack on the moving team could not have been more accommodating to our needs. Thank you!

Move went smoothly. Crew arrived on time and finished efficiently. Matt and CJ were just outstanding.

Worked fast what was good for hourly payment but a couple drawers fell and didn't really care they did.
