Easy to set up the move online, good pre-move contact, on time arrival, good communication, hard working and organized at move-out and move-in houses, good problem solving efforts with large items and small basement access. Very pleased.

Your office staff was both very helpful and completely reassuring in talking about my move of just a few items to two different locations. Your moving crew was exceptionally polite and helpful and I felt that they listened to me and took time to handle my things carefully and pay attention to avoiding walls and fixtures and such while moving some large pieces of furniture. They also completed the job in less than the estimated time. Well done!

The 3 gentlemen moved everything in 100-degree heat and didn't complain at all and did a wonderful job, I would highly recommend them!

I was not told that the price could increase because of the weight. The movers did not wrap up the antique buffet and it has some discoloration from sweat. The movers were not able to get everything on the truck. The movers were very polite and friendly. They should have some AC on the truck.

Matt from Ann Arbor (and his helper who I forget) did an amazing job loading the truck. Inventory process was quick and accurate. Matt dropped off my belongings few days later after a long drive. Matt and Declan did an equally amazing job unloading into my new apartment. The parking was tricky but Matt did a great job. Declan was a pleasure to talk with during the process. Awesome team of guys I worked with!
