When I called to make the estimate, I didn't really know how ready we would be to move so I grossly underestimated. The guys they sent made arrangements to be able to stay all day instead of the four or five hours planned and managed to move everything that we had been able to pack out of my old house.

Overall, I was really happy with Two Men And a Truck. The job was bigger than they anticipated but we got it all done. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, and nothing was damaged! My only two "complaints" if you even want to call them that are: there was not much in terms of working with a sense of urgency, even though we were a bit on a deadline. This wasn't something I had experienced the 2 previous times we've used this company so I was a bit irritated. The other was that they took some furniture apart (removed screws, undid recliners, took apart sectional couch) in order to better move it, but they just left it in the new house and it was up to us to put it back together--and the screws went missing and we had to buy new ones. Maybe that's normal, but I was surprised by that.

The service was prompt, efficient, courteous, and they managed a difficult set of stairs! Would definitely use Two Men and A Truck again!

It started with a great reservation process. The guys called when leaving their location, showed up on time, they were fast & efficient, super nice to work with, very helpful and totally went above and beyond is a variety of ways. This was a highly stressful move for us and we were not totally prepared when they arrived but they made the best of it and helped to make it happen. We ran into a few difficulties, like icy roads, getting huge heavy furniture up the stairs and through tight spots, but they worked very hard to make it all happen. They were the best team and I especially want to thank both Corey and Corey for taking charge--these guys are the best.

A little more attention to placement of furniture would be helpful. Two dressers were placed against the edges of hanging draperies, crushing them. A heavy TV cabinet was put down on top of wires that later had to be connected. If we had noticed sooner, I'm sure they would have moved the furniture for us. Training could fix this matter. Overall, the move went very smoothly and was easy.

I can't say enough about the team that moved us. They were at all times friendly, professional, and helpful. They worked very hard at all times and took excellent care of all our belongings. I will recommend your services whole-heartedly!

Really an excellent experience! The 3 movers were quick, careful and courteous. The worked well together as a team. I was impressed and pleased!
