1. Took longer than expected to finish unloading. It was simple unloading of mostly boxes to a garage. The movers did not use a dolly or any other efficient methods. Oddly, same boxes were loaded from storage to truck much faster.
2. Left a number of scratch marks, both on the wall and on furnitures.
3. Found broken crockeries.
4. Picture of damages were sent to movers team lead. No action taken, although email request was sent with pictures, a voice mail was left, but no follow up.

Both Devon and Robert were fantastic! They were very professional, respectful and courteous. They took good care of my property and my home while moving my things. I really appreciated the courtesy call to let me know they were on their way and their ETA. Both men were hard workers! I was very impressed with them. I have hired TM&aT 3-4 times now and each time has been excellent. I also am impressed with the follow-up call after my move. Please make sure Devon and Robert receive bonuses! The drivers did a great job of explaining their process and received our requests very well. The office followed-up the next day to see if we had any concerns and worked to accommodate our schedule changes leading up to the move date.

I felt ripped off that I was charged for the time the movers left there shop and when they returned. Why should I have to pay for there travel time. That was rediculous. I will never hire them again.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move a very heavy vanity out of my garage and upstairs. I'm very happy with my experience. By the time I had signed the paperwork with the third man on the job, the other 2 had unpacked the vanity out of the box and were at my front door, where the third man cleanly and quickly gave them direction. All in all, they probably spent more time driving than at my house, but that was due to their professionalism and experience. I'm happy that the company is moving towards paperless and will continue to support them for moves in the future.

The original crew that was supposed to move our items got bogged down with the client they were at, so Zack called me and made arrangements to step in and help out. Zack and his crew were very friendly and professional. My husband and I were very impressed with the job they did. Will definitely recommend your company in the future!

Zach was in charge of the move, he called and said that he could come by earlier than the time scheduled. He was courteous and helpful! Kim from the office was very friendly and helpful.

The guys were absolutely great. They worked fast, but carefully, and all of our stuff was treated extremely well. I will definitely be coming back for my next move.

The movers came on time, worked hard and were careful with my items. By the time the move came around, I had more items than originally planned, but the guys were able to accommodate and get all items transported. Pricing was fair / competitive compared to others. Overall very satisfied with my experience.
