We had a POD and they were loading items from our house into our POD. They packed the back bottom half with stuff from our house but left the top half totally empty. This would have been great space for boxes, etc. Half our POD wasn't completely full. They also scratched the back leather off the back of one of our chairs.

The movers were nice and made adjustments to make things right after a long difficult move. Mo and Pam are currently fixing the damage from my couch. Everyone worked hard to help. There were a few misses but I would be willing to give them another shot.

Service was absolutely wonderful. Moving sucks it’s awful! But it was made so much better by the team you sent they were absolutely amazing loved them all and was so thankful for them especially when I was about ready to lose it! They were calming respectful and worked so hard! So so happy to have had them!

Your company was exceptional! Your office accommodated my needs. The delivery team were 2 both outstanding: they were courteous, helpful, hardworking and also very professional & well-trained. They took extreme care with the bigger pieces of furniture, wrapping them as adding extra protection. Could not have been happier! Thanks
