The moving team was extremely polite, respectful with wearing a mask, and personable. Our moving experience was made better and less stressful because of the moving team.

We could not have had a better moving crew than the four young men we had! They worked extremely hard and was utmost respectful and professional! We were very pleased with Two Men & A Truck from the scheduling of the apointment thru the actual move. We will definitely be recommending to everyone we know moving.

Moving team was great.
The only thing they could have done better is not let water come out of the Washing Machine drain hose on 2 different carpets.
This caused us some clean up and 3 days for one of them to dry out.

Kurt, it's great to hear that your moving team performed well. However, we apologize for getting your carpet wet! We try our best to handle machines such as this with extra care. If you would like to discuss this situation further, please give us a call at 502.454.6999.

I have used 2 Men and a Truck 3 times in recent months, and this last time I had the best movers and best moving experience. They both showed care for my belongings over and above what I had expected. I have had good experience with other teams, but this team went way above my expectations. Thank you!!
Response
Paul, we will definitely let our team know what an awesome job they did on your move. We are the Movers Who Care® for a reason! Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

We had to ask the moving team to wear masks to protect us from the virus. They should have masks, but they didn’t. Masks should be standard when they go into peoples home.
Response
We sincerely apologize for the lack of masks with our crew during your move! We reiterate the importance of wearing masks with our crews and supply them with masks daily. Precautions are being taken before, during, and after each move to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
