The only negative for my experience was I believe the office should explain that billing begins and ends from the shop. I don't get paid before my trip to the job sight and I don't get paid from my last stop to home. You either need to explain that clearly up front or work the expense into your rate. The movers were professional and efficient and reacted well to the fact that the parking lot was not available for us to unload.

Our two movers, Zach and Zach, did a great job in an uncomfortable situation. This move was happening due to a divorce, and both guys handled it great! They were kind and respectful, didnandacirc;??t take the negative energy thrown at them personally, and kept a smile on the whole time. I would definitely use them again!

When I called to schedule I was NOT told it's a 2 hour minimum or that the time started when they call to say they are on their way.

It is discussed when we initially schedule, when we confirm the move, and it is written in the pre-move confirmation letter we email out.
