Overall very happy with the service. The movers were fast and efficient. Grumbled a little when I mentioned stairs at the delivery site however I made that clear when scheduling and when confirmed. Was a little surprised when the job finished in 1hour and 40 minutes that we were charged for 2 1/2 hours. He did explain time was 'shop to shop'. Was really surprised when he said the trip back was adding 28 minutes. I am aware of where the shop is and didn't squawk at the 15 minutes added to the beginning even though the 'shop' is maybe 5 minutes away. We were about 15 minutes away at the 2nd location yet was charged an extra 1/2 hour. I do feel we were over billed and will be sure to clarify travel time prior to starting next time.
