I found everything to go very well with the move. There was only one problem during the entire move. When they unloaded the freezer, they did not plug it in and that caused us to lose some of the frozen foods that we had.

I thought it was very odd that one of the movers told me that they accept and appreciate tips. I've only used movers a few times in the past, but have certainly never been asked for a tip before. Just so you know, I did not tip them for doing the job that they were hired and paid to do.
