The phone call to set up this move was about 45 minutes long. She was repetitive and put me on hold several times. When she tried to put me on hold again I said”no”. She then said she needed to answer the other line because her boss might fire her. When the movers arrived they had 2 sets of identical paperwork, way too many boxes and I had paid double the deposit. It was even frustrating for the movers sifting through boxes to get the appropriate number to do the job and then the mixed up paperwork. My family and I have used this company multiple times and have always had a good experience. Otherwise I would’ve jump up on the office person and looked elsewhere.

The movers were extremely kind and helpful. They worked so fast and, even though our move ended up being a bigger job than anticipated, they kept a very positive attitude and worked tirelessly all day. I am so impressed with their attitudes and professionalism. I also recognize that not only were they nice to us, but they were also very nice to each other. They worked well together and kept each other in positive spirits throughout the long day.

My couch does not recline. Book case was torn in two. Walls were scraped up in the apartment.

The moving team that moved us was polite, conscientious, quick, and efficient. There is no way we could have done what they did, even with more time. We will definitely recommend your company and call them, if we move again.

Excellent service across the board. The movers were energetic, enthusiastic, and efficient. They worked diligently, but still maintained appropriate conversation to be both personal and professional and make this my best moving experience yet.

The two guys who came to move our items were very professional, friendly, willing to do anything you ask, careful with all the items they moved, and very very fast. I thought i would move most of my items and let them just move the big stuff to save money but once i saw how amazingly fast and efficient those guys were i quickly added items for them to move. Amazing service!! I would for sure use you again in the future.

The guys were very courteous, hard working , and they all had very positive attitudes. They handled our items with great care. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. When they told me they charge by the hour, I half expected I'd end up watching two men move my stuff at a snail's pace. I was so surprised when the movers showed up and got right to work! They kept a swift and steady but safe and careful pace. I don't think I paid for one second beyond what was needed to complete my move in a quick but safe fashion. From scheduling the service, all the way through the follow-up phone call, the employees really made me feel like they wanted to earn my business and take care of my needs as a customer. I will absolutely be telling everyone I know to use Two Men and a Truck.
