ok, it was below freezing and they had shorts on and no jackets. I know they work hard and all but goodnight, how do they do it? Both gentlemen were very courteous, friendly extremely efficient. All of their movements were calibrated and energy saving for the next piece of furniture. My wife and I were shocked that they got it done so fast. It's refreshing to see young men with work ethics. That is a dyeing quality of the U.S. and we really need to work on that. I noticed that neither workers didn't take out their cell phone once to text their friends. I find that there is hope in our younger generation. A little effort will get you a long way these days and a lot of effort will make you very successful and wealthy. Whoraw!

Great Job by office staff and movers. The movers exceeded expectations

I contracted with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because they were highly regarded and available. However, they did not pack things well nor did they label boxes with any level of detail. They forgot 8 items and then when I was able to get back to the storage facility, a few items of furniture were damaged with scratches and some things were broken to pieces. Things were simply piled into the storage facilities; for example a wardrobe box was simply heaped on top of one pile, on its side. Who packs a wardrobe box on its side. Lastly, they tried to charge me for 17 unused boxes and 2 packages of wrapping paper. Fragile or easily marred Items should always be packed in paper. My wife would be happy to help them improve their service for a fee. If you want to be a moving company, you must care!

We are moving from a home we have been in for 25 years. We were not sure who to call but then said to ourselves we see the Two Men Trucks all the time and our daughter had used them previously. Another area that surprised us was we had purchased a new refridgerator to go into the home, we were not sure how we were going to get it to the home. When I called and asked Two Men about that they simply added another stop. Great Service.

The office and movers were VERY professional and polite. However, they loaded several small items first and didn't have room left for patio furniture and a few other large items. I admit to having more boxes than I estimated but I told the crew upfront that I would take the smaller boxes and items in my SUV. Not only did they go over the time estimated time, but I had to have a friend come get my lawn furniture and large items. To be fair, after I voiced my concern to the manager, he offered to send a truck to get the rest of my things but I had already taken care of it. However, no refund was offered. Moving is stressful so these types of issues increase frustration. The whole point of hiring movers is to minimize the stress.

The moving team, consisting of Max, Nate, & Mike did an exceptional job of moving our belongings. They took great care with each piece. They had a very professional attitude as well as a friendly, respectful, caring attitude. They assisted with everything we asked and volunteered extra assistance. The loading & unloading was done in a very timely & successful manner. They made the move fun, if that is possible.
We were extremely satisfied with the actual move & the Customer Service provided by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. The moving team Max, Nate & Mike, as well as Preston, James & Garret, Wichita, KS, were excellent!
This is the 2nd time we have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, the first time was business related, this time personal. Would definitely give them the highest recommendation!
