Your movers were nice guys, but we found out things at the last minute, which should have been explained in advance by the office team.
we had missing boxes and damaged merchandise and walls. In the end we got paid a little, but not even close to what will end up costing us to
repair things. In general we treated your movers very well, provided them water and lunch an tipped them too.
Not happy with the way the damage & missing items claim was handled at the end.

This move Took longer than my previous move where there was more rooms and furniture and boxes. Very disorganized crew where they could have utilized both stairwells but only used one. Too much time was taken for paperwork and parking the truck. the quote I received seemed excessive and now after the move I realize why. The team of movers were not very efficient and seem to make the point to utilize all the quoted time and more. I was very disappointed in the cost which was higher than the quote. I am planning on calling the local office to let them know. They have not returned my request for the service representative to call me. The service and price are why I answered the questionnaire with very low ratings. BBB will be contacted if this company does not rectify the $ situation

Although the young men were friendly and courteous, they were not very respective of our property. when they tried to get my queen mattress from upstairs, we had to assist them on how to do their job. They pushed and pushed the mattress out that it scratched and removed drywall on the ceiling. I specifically told them which item were to be moved and which were staying and when we got to our new home, they were unpacking items I told them stayed at the old house. They also damaged my dining table. when we brought it to their attention, they acted surprised and didn't know how it could not happened. When we also called the office staff to complain about this, they were not very understanding. The receptionist was rather condescending. not enough space to give input

I will send further information regarding the problem with my mattress. The top shifted and there is a large lump on one side. Not certain if it will settle down or not. Other than the move being longer that expected, it was a good move. Not all of my property fit on the truck. But the team was great

The moving team of Sloan, Victor, and Jon did a wonderful job. They were personable and efficient.
I did have an item damaged in the move and hope to hear back from management on this matter.

The guys were super friendly and professional and hard working. My only complaint is there was some damage to my property that I didn’t see until after they left and they were not forth coming about it. Shame on me for not inspecting better.

Movers did a good job and were polite. Problem we have is how the process was handled after one of the workers hit an damaged my new rain gutters with the company truck. Gutters were I stalled the day before less then 24 hours old. I did talk to two different managers, neither one of them were easy to work with, every time I asked a question that they could or would not answer I was told it was against company policy. I wanted to use the same company that installed the gutters to be the one to fix the gutters, they told me there guy was going to do the work, after that I gave up and asked them to make the check payable to my guy, I guess I have no choice but to pay the difference. Not a happy customer

I needed some furniture moved from the basement to the garage. My staircase is very hard to manipulate. The items were very bulky. Jesse, Sloan, and Zach were excellent! They were very polite, answered questions and manipulated the staircase very well. It is unavoidable to hit the walls, but they managed minimal damage. Since I had them for an hour, and the items were moved before the hour was up, they asked if anything else needed moving. Overall, they were great and it was a successful hour.

Office staff was awesome. Kept me informed of my move status and cost was exactly as estimated. The move staff was great for the most part. There were stellar performers and sub-par performers. Average them together and you get good service. One guy stood out from the crowd and was SUPER helpful. Unfortunately, they did break the legs off my favorite Pottery Barn leather chair. Hoping the reimbursement process is easy/works well. I have moved many times with the military and this was one of the best moves I've experienced. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck for sure.

I have utilized Two Men and A Truck for prior moves and I recieved excellent service and care of my items however my experience on 4/27/19 was horrific in every way imaginable. Office staff was courteous and prompt but my movers were the complete opposite. Poor communication, work ethic, and lacked consideration for me and my items. Some of my items were even damaged and soiled.
