Meet the Fort Wayne Team

Nathan is one of our Moving Consultants at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Fort Wayne office. Coming from a robust customer care background in account management, he brings a knack for empathetically understanding customer needs, meeting challenges with a smile, and exceeding customer expectations. With over 600 moves under his belt and a 97.5% referral rate, he understands what his customers need. During downtime, he loves a good story, playing with his kids, and learning about our infinitely interesting world. He couldn’t be more excited to join the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family, and the freshly dynamic moving industry.

Meet Mackenzie, our newest addition to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team. With over six years of valuable customer service experience, Mackenzie brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for creating exceptional moving experiences for our customers. Previously, Mackenzie served as an assistant manager at a local store. Her time there allowed her to cultivate a deep appreciation for the warmth and close-knit environment that smaller companies offer. Mackenzie is ecstatic about video games with an emphasis on the Zelda franchise. Her passion for customer service, genuine warmth, and diverse interests make her an invaluable asset to our team. When you're in need of expert moving advice, Mackenzie is here to assist you with her friendly and knowledgeable approach.

Kayla has been in the customer service field for the past 9 years and has always had the passion to help others. Before joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in June of 2018, she received her license as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant, attended college for 4 years, and also received her license in Esthetics. Kayla enjoys the friendly atmosphere of the Fort Wayne office and is excited to grow with the company. In Kayla’s spare time she loves to spend time with her family and friends and is a freelance makeup artist.

Jonathan has been a part of the Fort Wayne team since February, 2019. Before joining the "Movers Who Care®", Jonathan spent 8 years teaching engineering to high school students through Project Lead The Way. This experience has given him the leadership skills necessary to train new team members and ensure moving operations go according-to-plan. When he’s not spending time with his three kids, Jon enjoys watching Hoosiers Basketball and tinkering around in the garage.

Erik joined our team in 2020 and quickly became one of our top movers. His attention to detail and can-do attitude was appreciated by his customers, teammates, and managers. Erik was recently promoted to our In-Home Estimator, where his experience from the moving trucks comes in handy while helping customers prepare for their move! Erik is new to the Fort Wayne area, and when he's not working he enjoys exploring his new home with his girlfriend.

Gulliver loves to greet each customer and team member that walks through our doors! Just don't throw his ball around or he may follow you home! He loves to make sure that everyone is having a fun-filled and stress-free day at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
