Ft wayne office general and manager were horrible .... This was Thursday the 22nd of February around 2:25 p.m. I called and spoke with a manager I can't remember his name but he told me that my movers wouldn't be done to another 2 hours on another job they were supposed to meet me at a little after 2 that's what I was told by Alyssa and this manager I went on to explain to him that I can wait two hours for them and that this is unprofessional he act he was going to refund my money I didn't ask him to do that he said no I'm going to go ahead and do it and I said wow really I asked for the corporate number he said no I'm not going to give you the corporate number then I asked to speak to. The Gm he didnt care . i had js hired them the day before spent 250 and i got treated that way ..

We are more than happy to give you a call after we finish the first job to let you know when we are in route to your location. Every customer who uses our service is paying for the time of our movers, so unfortunately we can&#39;t always reach our movers until they are finished working hard. As you saw the first move you did with us was great, which is why you hired us for a second job. We are sorry we couldn&#39;t deliver on the second job for you to exceed your expectations and we will do better with explaining more thoroughly so both parties know what we can accomplish on move day.</div>

I was extremely satisfied with your company. The movers arrived 30 minutes early which was excellent and in about 2 hours had me moved. Saved me over half of the estimate. They not only moved everything but offered their services to put together furniture that had to be torn down. They took care not to dirty carpet or harm furniture. Have already recommended them to friends and relatives. Will definitely use in the future. So very glad I made the decision to use them .

11 years ago two men and a truck would have gotten a much better almost perfect rating from us. This time was very different. Would not choose them again.

Excellent service! Thank you. The moving team did a great job. They had excellent communication with each other and were super efficient. They showed respect and professionalism. Iandacirc;??d highly recommend this team. Also thanks to the office team who called me and checked in periodically during the hours of moving day.

Movers had three hours sleep. Was told it would be fast. They had 2000 lbs and it took almost 10 hours with 2 hours drive time. They did not protect the floor at all and it was winter and they tracked dirty snow everywhere. The inventory I was asked to sign off on scratches that the inventory taker recorded that he could not show me because they did not exist. He took over an hour to inventory what should have taken about 20 minutes. Did I mention how tired they were? You must pay them by the hour...the move took about 4 hours longer than it should have; according to the estimate of your office team...one of them was so chatty I had to leave the room so he would keep working. Nice guy...just more about talking than getting the job done expediently. Thanks for opportunity to leave feedback.

It was a great experience. They lived up to all that are family and friends had told us. My daughter did research on 2 men and a truck and was impressed, especially with the story of how it got started. She had no complaints with the service. And when my friend at church heard we were moving she waited for me to tell me I should get Two Men And A Truck.

Two men and a truck moved my entire belongings to an apartment and storage. They were very professional personally and as movers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I was especially impressed with the three men who moved my belongings. Top notch service!!
