Well, I don't like that MacKenzie charged me upfront for maximum insurance but when the guys came to get my stuff they gave me the option for minimum insurance. So, now I have to wait on my credit!
The guys did great! There were on the ball! They knew exactly what I wanted to go to storage and what I was taking with me to another location.

The team didn’t communicate with each other well, items that were not to be packed were and I had to open almost every box to find items that were not suppose to be packed and in doing so found items dumped in the boxes not wrapped pictures were packed with out wrapping and were expensive frames against each other, Marco was the one who needed guidance the other two guys were fine.

Moving team did awesome! The crew had a great attitude and pace despite it being a difficult job and being their second move of the day. The only part I was disappointed with was the office not notifying me the time would be moved later until 30 minutes before the schedule time.
