Every interaction I had was professional and courteous. There was no wondering involved about when they would show up because I had the time locked in from the beginning and then received a text letting me know when they left their office. The movers were so nice and very competent, even with our piano. The move into a 2nd floor apartment went very smoothly! I was extremely happy with everythin!

I have nothing but positive things to say. From the beginning the guys (forgot their names but I think one was named Tate) were on time, very courteous, friendly and extremely hard workers. Everything went so smoothly even my estimate was on point. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family.

We were very pleased with our moving experience with two men and a truck. The back office team kept in good communication with us throughout the move. Our movers were very polite and accommodating. They worked efficiently and were diligent in wrapping and handling our items. This is our second time using this moving company and would definitely recommend them as a choice moving service.

Several damaged items from move. Movers unwrapped furniture that was stored with moving blankets and caused damage to furniture. There was infighting with the team, and towards the end of the move, the movers were just putting stuff where they felt like it.
I've used TMT for over 2 decades with no issues, but this was a very disappointing experience.
