Mover Of The Month
Ken started at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in September of 2016. During that time, he has continued to grow and educate himself as a relocation specialist. Ken’s dexterity with customer’s belongings is phenomenal and he continues to receive great reply card scores and outstanding customer reviews. Ken’s 100% Customer Referral Rate for the past two months is a reflection of the great customer service that he provides to our customers. His proficiency as a mover has set him on a path to become a supervisor/driver in the near future. When asked what he enjoys most about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Ken says that he just likes being able to help our customers out. When off work, Ken enjoys anything that has to do with sports. He especially enjoys football and loves helping and teaching the kids in his neighborhood about the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that goes into becoming a great football player. Ken also has a passion for video games and one day hopes to build his own gaming system. We believe that with the hard work and dedication that Ken displays at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, he will undoubtedly have no problem in achieving his goal.
Lucas Baugh
Driver Of The Month
Lucas has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since February of 2017. He grew up in Lockport, IL and loves being able to assist the people in his community. Lucas started as mover and quickly excelled, becoming one of Orland Park’s “go-to” drivers/supervisors. Regardless of the difficulty of the move, Lucas is always ready to go. His professionalism and competence as a driver/supervisor allows him to continue to help Move People Forward® and complete customer moves in an efficient and skilled manner. Lucas’s great customer service is reflected in his 100% Customer Referral Rate as well as his perfect Reply Card scores for the past two months. When asked what he enjoys most about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Lucas says the comradery of his co-workers. Everyone is a team player and are constantly helping one another out so that in turn we could provide the best moving experience possible for our customers. Lucas especially enjoys the end of his moves and going over the paperwork with his customer and seeing how happy they are to experience the stress free moving service that he and his team have provided. When off work, Lucas enjoys playing the drums and listening to music. His main goal right now is to continue to save up for the car of his dreams. We look forward to seeing Lucas fulfill his dreams.
David Kachiroubas
Lead Supervisor
David has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since May of 2015. During that time, David has worked his way up from mover, to driver/supervisor, to one of Orland Park’s top employees. David has great customer service skills and is always ready to take on a challenging move and provide excellent customer service to our customers. While at work, David loves working alongside the other hardworking members on his crews. When off work, David enjoys staying in shape and playing sports. David’s goal in life is to be a police officer. He is confident that the great customer service skills that he has acquired while working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® will carry over to him providing outstanding community service as a police officer.
Kyle Farr
Lead Supervisor
Kyle has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since May of 2014. He started as a mover and eventually became a driver. During this time, he has completed over 800 moves. In 2016, he received a promotion to the position of Lead Supervisor of Orland Park. As a Lead Supervisor, Kyle helps to maintain the high standard of quality that the Orland Park TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location is known for. All this while increasing productively and efficiency. He does this by continuing to adhere to one of his personal goals of “striving for greatness in everything" he does. What Kyle loves most about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeing the look on the face of a satisfied customer. He understands that moving can be stressful but when you move with us we make it a point to make it as stress free as possible. When a move is completed, Kyle takes pride in knowing that he helped make another customer’s move stress free.
Dylan Janecek
Yard Boss
Dylan has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since August of 2015. Dylan initially started as a mover but within months, he stepped up and accepted the responsibility of becoming a driver. Dylan has now become one of Orland Park’s most reliable employees. Dylan is always there when needed and can always be counted on to do the extra things. Whether he is helping at another location or delivering extra boxes to a move, he is always ready and willing to go. Dylan recently went out on a double-stacked Saturday move. After completing the second move, he picked up a third move. After finishing the third move he picked up a fourth move that just so happened to be for charity. Four moves in one day is no joke but for Dylan it was just another day helping people out. When off work, Dylan enjoys watching wrestling and when he has the extra time, he wrestles professionally. In the pro wrestling circuit, Dylan is known as the great Dylan Dynamite. The “Dynamite” reflects his positive attitude and his motto that he strives to be “a winner at everything” he does. Dylan hopes to one day be a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Team Lead or Operations Manager and continues to daily lay down the foundation for achieving his goal.
Eric Workman
Team Lead
Eric has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since March 0f 2016. He loves helping customers and everyday he looks forward to the physicality of the job. Eric’s co-workers never call him Eric; they refer to him by his last name. Eric’s last name, “Workman” is the epitome of his work ethic. He works non-stop, moves all of the heavy items, and stays busy from the start to the completion of the move. Our customers have often referred to Eric as a “machine”. Eric always comes to work early looking to take on the most challenging move of the day. While off work, Eric loves going to concerts. He is a big fan of local rock bands. He also loves animals and volunteers his free time to the Burbank Animal Shelter. He is currently the proud father of two kittens.
Ryan Januszyk
Operations Manager
Ryan has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since May of 2015. He loves a challenge and problem solving. As one of his Yelp reviews state; when it comes to packing a truck "Ryan is a Tetris genius". Ryan continuously strives to project awesomeness in everything he does. He considers himself a mover, driver, and supervisor mixed together in a melting pot of liquid awesomeness. This awesomeness is then molded to form the ultimate operations manager. Ryan's main hobby is educating himself. He also enjoys basketball, photography, and computers. He especially loves watching and rooting for all Chicago sports teams. His favorite part of the job is helping customers get through the stresses of moving.
Nate Washington
Customer Service Representative
Nate has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for a little over a year as a mover. His fantastic attitude and great work ethic immediately led to a promotion as a driver/supervisor. After working on the road for a few months an office position opened up. He applied for and was offered the job as a customer service representative. He likes working in the office as it provides a set schedule allowing for after work activities like daily basket ball games at the gym. Nate is also only one semester away from receiving his bachelor's degree in accounting. His goal is to finish that degree and then work his way into management at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Nate loves his job because every day he uses his technology and problem solving skills to make sure every customer has a smooth move and is treated as if they were his grandmother.
Lillian Ramirez
Customer Service Representative
Lillian has only been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for a few months and she has already made her mark. She loves taking care of her customers as if they were her own family and hope to progress into a management position. Lillian's dedication to her work, attention to detail, and superior listening skills make her an asset to our company. She was born and raised in Chicago and in her spare time she loves taking in a good movie or having fun bowling with her friends.
Matthew Ferneau
Mover of the Month, June
Matthew Ferneau started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May of 2016 as a mover and immediately excelled. From his first day, he showed a strong work ethic, outstanding leadership, and the ability to efficiently complete any task that he was given. The Orland Park staff quickly recognized Matthew’s potential and within weeks of starting, we trained and promoted him to a supervisor/driver. Matthew is now one of our top supervisors/drivers and excels at all of his responsibilities. When faced with a difficult situation, Matthew stays focused and leads his team through each step of the move until the move is complete. He also has great customer service skills and loves helping all our customers. When asked what he enjoys most about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Matthew says that he loves seeing his customer’s smile. It gives him a sense of satisfaction that him and his crew not only completed the move but completed it while surpassing the customers’ expectations. When off work, Matthew loves hiking. He enjoys nature and hiking allows him to experience nature on a first-hand basis. He also enjoys eating ice cream and particularly loves to get a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone after a hard day of work. Mathew’s goal in life is to become a juvenile correctional officer. He hopes to one day achieve this goal and give back to the community by helping kids that have gotten off track in life. We at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® know that Matthew will undoubtedly achieve this goal and any other goal.
