My experience was a 10 out of 10. From the initial phone conversation to the actual move, everyone was very polite and professional. As someone who works in the service industry, customer service is important to me. 2 Men and a Truck did not disappoint! A big THANK YOU to my moving team! We used Two Men and a Truck for moving several pieces of heavy furniture within our house. The two men who did the moving were very nice, professional, and obviously experienced. It was also nice having an actual person we could contact with questions before and during the move. We would definitely use them again.

Crew was courteous and worked quickly. A couple of items were broken ( paper shredder and decorative wall hanger). I’m not certain how we will be reimbursed for these items. No adjustments were made to our final bill. Time required for the move was underestimated by about 2 hours and cost us more as a result.
