The only complaint I have is that the movers were more than an hour and a half late past the given window, which led to us twiddling our thumbs while we waited for them. The original window was 12:30-2:30 arrival. We were called around 1pm and told they would be there are 2pm. They didn't show up until closer to 4pm. I understand the job before took longer than expected but an update would've been nice instead of me calling again at 3:15pm, asking where they were.

The crew arrived on time. They began by looking at the total scope of the move. They were efficient, careful and hard working. The load was split between two locations. They continued to be careful with the furniture. They completed the move well under the estimated time. They were extremely friendly.
