I was happy for the most part. There were items that were to go, but didn’t get loaded then I Was told the truck was too full.
At our new home, the crew got the truck off the path and got stuck in the mud. They didn’t listen to my husband and then tried refusing to unload our things.
They then hit the brand new dry wall carrying things into the house. I was disappointed with the lack of care.

The two gentlemen that made up my moving team arrived on time, explained the process, and worked efficiently to get things done. They were both very courteous and respectful. It was obvious that they were experienced in the moving process.

Extremely professional and skilled movers, never mind that Jacoby and Willie are great guys. And DJ at the office was helpful throughout. Have never had as good a cross-country moving experience and this is the fourth time, so that’s saying something. Couldn’t be more pleased!

My appointment was set to begin between 8am-9am. The driver called me at 8:15am saying he was in route in will be at my house at 8:30am. I told him I would not be ready until 9am. At the end of service I was charged from 8:15am-11:30am for 3.75 hours. I asked why. I was told the time starts when the driver calls my phone.Time does not start when the service begin. This was a ripoff wish I didt tip
