Communication, texts and calls from the office team and moving team were excellent both before the move and on day of move. The guys worked quickly and were flexible with adding a couple items. Sy and Lynell were friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use you guys again!

NO COMMUNICATION. Had to call the dispatcher FIFTEEN TIMES before anyone would give me information (all calls after the scheduled time passed). Movers let me know they wouldn’t be available until SEVEN HOURS after the scheduled time. Will never use this company and will actively discourage anyone else from using it. Ended up having to cancel so I could get someone competent. Beyond disappointed.

Failing to meet your commitment regarding number of trucks and movers combined with failure to complete move resulted in significant stress. Had to resort to placing a hold on payment in order to finish move before closing date. What was intended to reduce the stress of a home move ended up creating more stress than if we performed the move with friends and family.

Everyone did a great job, but the time estimate seemed low. The guys really busted it out and finished at the highest end of the estimate. I didn’t mind adding hours, but they really didn’t want me to have to do that. Kudos to them keeping the job within the allotted hours. I’ll be happy to recommend Two Men and A Truck in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck! Our team was kind, funny, and professional. The office was friendly and responsive even the day of our move. Our moving team was upfront about everything including a hiccup with the truck and a break on the footing of our television. They were patient when we had to stall them to get our new keys. The move was fast and well-priced. Very happy!

I rented two 26' trucks, but only received one plus a small truck. Not all my items fit, even though my itemized list was updated by the office group. They took all my boxes off the list without my knowledge, even after adding more trucks. They broke my brand new entry to my new construction and have yet to hear from the office.
