Multiple pieces of my furniture were damaged, including the lids of our baby grand piano. It is my understanding that the claims process has been started. I am waiting to hear from the management to determine next my next step.

THe person who took my reservation asked alot of good questions, Unfortunatley, that information was NOT given to the truck driver who was then un prepared for helping me. The truck driver did a great job, butr the person who took my information did not.

Carpets were shampoo’d not even 24 hours before I moved in and mud was tracked all through my carpet. Have the pictures.
