Three months into her epic adventure at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Marissa leveled up from Receptionist to Customer Service Representative! In her past work experience, Marissa did Sales, Retail and Marketing. When she's not saving the world as a moving experience expert you can find her, hiking, crushing workouts, reading books, binge-watching true-crime docs, The Office, Star Wars and Doctor Who! Marissa gravitates to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core value of "Care". As The Doctor wisely says, "In nine hundred years of time and space, I've never met anybody who wasn't important." Every customer, every story, every moment matters!

Brett is one of the first friendly voices you’ll hear at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, and he brings a warm, customer-first approach to every conversation! Guided by his favorite core value — make someone's day — Brett believes a positive attitude can make a meaningful difference during life’s busiest transitions.

He enjoys being part of a team that genuinely cares about people on both sides of the move and values the strong culture that makes coming to work feel purposeful. Whether he’s helping schedule a move or answering questions, Brett is committed to creating a smooth, reassuring experience from start to finish!

Outside of the office, Brett taps into his creative side. You’ll often find him playing guitar, writing, or diving into new online content. He’s also a huge Studio Ghibli fan, with Spirited Away at the top of his watch list!

Meet Xavier, one of our drivers here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®! His favorite core value is to do good in the community; he believes that being a trustworthy person in the community sets a good example for his brothers! His favorite part of working here is his camaraderie and relationships with his team. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his siblings, and compete in Pool APA tournaments! His favorite actor is Robin Williams, and his favorite book his Where the Red Fern Grows. We're thankful to have him on our crew!

Lekontae’s favorite core value is THE GRANDMA RULE® — to treat everyone the way you would want your grandma to be treated. He believes that when you approach people like family, it builds trust, respect, and a positive experience for everyone involved.

His favorite part of working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is helping our customers. Whether it’s easing the stress of moving day or going the extra mile to make someone smile, he takes pride in knowing he’s made a difference.

Outside of work, Lekonte loves spending time with his kids making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying family time together.

When he gets the chance to unwind, you can catch him watching First Take on ESPN and keeping up with the latest in sports.

Meet Cedrick Fry, our Operations Manager in C-U! Cedrick joins our team with years of management experience, and is excited to join our crews by making an impact for our customers on a day to day basis. His favorite core value is to "make someone's day", as small gestures can make a big impact! In his free time, he likes to grill-out with his family, spend time with his kids, and enjoys turning on a good TV series. His favorite show at the moment is Invincible, although his guilty pleasure is Love Island.

Dalton serves as the General Manager and is passionate about leading a team that prioritizes excellent customer service and meaningful involvement in the community. His favorite company core value is “Do the Right Thing,” believing that integrity and high standards are the foundation for everything our team does!

Outside of work, Dalton enjoys playing guitar, grilling, gardening with his wife, and traveling overseas to visit family. He’s also a fan of classic TV shows like The Office and Monk.

Meet our Marketing Coordinator, Emma! She is responsible for managing our brand image across 5 of our locations: Champaign IL, Springfield IL, Bloomington IL, Lafayette IN, and Bloomington IN. A few of her day-to-day tasks include managing social media content, responding to customer reviews, and creating marketing materials. One of her favorite parts of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is getting to be hands-on with community outreach. Emma’s favorite core value is Make Someone’s Day, because you never truly know what someone is carrying with them, and she loves that even the smallest gesture can brighten a moment of someone's day. Off the clock, you can usually find Emma walking her dog, Ruby Sue, exploring new coffee shops around Champaign-Urbana, baking something sweet, or attending pilates classes! Her go-to comfort show is Reba, her favorite movie is The Santa Clause 2, and she’ll always recommend The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah as a must-read.

Travis is the Revenue Growth Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® with over a decade of experience in the moving industry. He began his career with the company in 2014 as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Central Illinois and has grown alongside the brand as it expanded into Indiana. Today, Travis focuses on building relationships with business prospects and guiding them through the B2B moving process to ensure a seamless, reliable experience.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time on the golf course and tennis court, as well as playing pickleball with his family. His favorite core value is to Give Back to the Community, a value he helps our team carry out through in-kind donations to local non-profits.
