Very unhappy with the service! We were told the movers would wrap doorways, corners, be careful. None of that happened in old house or new. We were occupied so we did not think of it at the time but after the third hit to our old house and new we did beg them to be more careful. I have over a dozen pictures of damage done to bith entry doors, hallways, paint AND our brand new wood floors. The wrapping of our mattresses came off and our mattress and sectional are FILTHY. We were also told a rep would contact us about the damage report and things would ve fixed but that never happened either! We were promised platinum service and care but other than the movers being kind enough, the moving process was completely subpar. I would appreciate the paint and damage being repaired as promised!

While I indicated that I would recommend Two Men and a Truck, I would do that with reservation. The movers have a tough job and I know that it is a difficult task to move furniture and heavy boxes. The movers worked at a steady pace and completed the job in a timely manner. However, I am finding more and more damage to my belongings. I moved last Monday and found one damaged piece prior the the movers' departure for which a damage claim was made. That has already been resolved. Since then, several other damages have been found. I called last Friday to report those and left a message but at this point, no one has returned my call. I will be calling them again as soon as I complete this survey.

The 3 men worked their tails off and did a fantastic job

I was very pleased with the furniture moving experience. It was a pleasure to work with the young men on the truck.

The men showed up on time and were very courteous and helpful.

Office people were completely communicative. Initial sales rep was excellent.
Crew was on time and very communicative as well. Respectful of property, personable while staying busy.
Unload was very quick, and they included set up of bed.
Very pleased w/ Tony and help.

Family referral, only service used by friends and family. Excellent communication with reservation personnel, very cooperative with our specific needs, moving team expedious and meshed well together in managing objectives. Difficult circumstances met with effective solutions.

From the office staff to the “men” they were professional and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I had used them before and it was good...but this one was superior. From the courteous and cooperative office personnel to the 2 guys who pushed thru this Georgia heat ad moved my daughter from one apt to her new one, it was a painless experience.

The packers would have left several things behind if I hadn't double-checked everything. The "free-standing" packing wasn't good at all. Upon checking our storage unit, we found boxes fallen over in the aisle and some boxes smashed in from other boxes on top. Artificial plants smashed down with boxes on top; bed skirts thrown on top of boxes instead of in drawers as I requested, etc. Antique furniture loaded with items on top, etc. Because of health problems, we have just this last week seen the condition of our belongings in the storage unit. We are extremely disappointed and just pray there isn't further damage when we're able to move into a home.
