After doing some research on movers, and reading testimonials, I was sure I chose the right company. After my initial phone call to obtain information on availability, price, etc., I felt totally confident in securing them as the people who would be best fit for the job. The office staff paid close attention to the information I was giving them regarding our steep driveway and what to do about that. Everyone I dealt with in this company was professional. engaging, sincere and customer service oriented. The "Two Guys" called to let us know when we could expect them, arrived with a firm handshake and
positive attitudes. We had some large, heavy pieces of furniture and I was in awe at their muscles and stamina.
I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

It was a great experience. Nobody likes to move, but they made it a lot less stressful. The guys that came and did the loading were very curtious and professional. They did an outstanding job and seemed to care about my furniture as if it was their own. They were on time and ready to work. Great job!!

Corporate needs to provide the following:
Bigger trucks
Proper lifting belts for workers (not having the proper equipment to lift was unacceptable (injury prone lifting heavy furniture)—will cut down on time
Better training on how to wrap items/store items strategically on the truck and in storage (things were everywhere)
Require proper shoes to protect ankles
Require back braces (lifting ergonomically—can see Workman comp claims sky rocket -due to injury prone job?

It all started with Brittany in the office. She thoroughly explained the process and associated charges. Follow up emails and even had boxes delivered to us so we could get started with the packing process. The communication was great. Bobby was EXCELLENT!! Bobby was the leader of the three man crew who arrived at my home on time and quickly took charge and gave direction to his coworkers. Keeping his guys motivated and moving he never stopped once we started the clock. His hustle and work ethic is something rarely seen today. I do have one more move remaining and will most definitely use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again. Thank you Brittany, Bobby, and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for such excellent customer service!!

It was great overall, long 12 hour day but that expectation was set. A couple of dents in wall and scuff marks however they addressed it. So overall excellent job.

The office staff was amazing and very helpful. The guys moving us, Bobby and Tyler, did a great job and went above and beyond to make our move great. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck for my next move.

Great experience with Terrell and Tony as they came to pack prior to move. They were a part of the move team as well as I was thankful as they both are extremely personable, kind and hard working. The move of out, drive and into new all in same day says a lot for team as well as team leaders. We received a few scratches in furniture but not bad. The leg to our dining/kitchen table was broken. It was over a week before we heard back about the status for repair or replacement.
All in all the moving experience was good! This was a stressful move and I m thankful that I had the team from Two Men on our move.
