Two men and a Truck help us move last minute due to an emergency. Although we have to move in a rush their attitude made it a good experience. Thank you so much for your help!

<div>Janis, we are so glad the team was able to help you in your time of need. Moving is not easy and when you don&#39;t have a lot of time to prepare it can be all the more stressful. We&#39;re happy you ended up having a good experience from the &quot;Movers Who Care&quot;. Thank you for your business!</div>

Offer some of the best service. The representative over the phone gave us a great estimate and time frame. All the details were given. The guys who came to move was great too. Initially, the guys would idle around after moving one furniture when they could be moving other furnitures. However towards the end of the job, when it’s almost over they were a lot faster, they took breaks and we didn’t mind because they were almost out of breath, that I understand. With the exception in the beginning, they treated the furniture with care, moved things gently, and the job was done at within the time frame given. I am still satisfied!

The two men and a truck team was the best moving experience I have ever had. If I had to move again they would be my first choice for movers. The gentlemen that were helping us were quick and careful with our things. Great job fellas!!!!!

The three men, Mr. Vega, Mr. Castle, and Mr. Erea were all punctual, courteous, efficient, and thorough. They also make you feel comfortable and safe which is important for building trust. I would recommend them to anyone.

Master bed fell apart that night, not put together properly, had to hire a handyman and paid 30$. Also a lot of boxes were left in the garage along with furniture we had to bring into the house ourselves. Extra bedroom set not properly put together, headboard rattles, need to hire someone to fix it. I also had some very expensive jewelry that has been missing since the move.

I've never experienced more careless movers. They damaged my furniture, walls and doors. I had them leave a lot in the garage at my new house because I was afraid they would cause damage there too. I spoke to Mason and he said he was not authorized to give any discount or reimbursement. I asked to speak to someone above him and he said they would get back to me which they never did. I understand that accidents happen but this was pure disregard for my home and furniture. They tried to push a sofa though a door that was obviously too narrow. One guy said "STOP! WE'RE SCRATCHING THE DOOR!" The other guy said " I DON'T CARE. KEEP PUSHING!" I wish I had pulled out my phone to record their interaction. I've moved that sofa before. Obviously there is a lack of training on how to move furniture.
