Sales/Customer Service Manager

I started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. As the business grew, I grew as well and excelled at my position as a CSR. In 2018, I was promoted to Customer Service/Sales Manager, covering all three of our locations (Kissimmee, Lakeland, and East Orlando). My goal has always been to provide top-notch customer service and allow people to feel at ease on every single move. I attended Southeastern University in Lakeland and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. I am a proud mother of my beautiful kids Britain and Jolie. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, going out with friends, and spending time with my family.

I started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as an Administrative Assistant in 2019 and have worked my way to becoming Director of Accounting for the Crain Group. My duties consist of bookkeeping, coding, accounts receivable/accounts payable, as well as managing the budget for all three of our locations. The family culture here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is what makes me love what I do. The people here are always supportive and uplifting, which makes my job that much more meaningful. In my spare time, I enjoy being active with my church and spending time with my friends, family, and my husband Sachin.

I began my career with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in October of 2020 and currently hold the title of Human Resources Director for our three locations. As the franchise grew throughout the years, from a two-truck fleet to now running nearly 40 trucks, it was important to develop my role. My job is to ensure we continue to live out our core values and maintain the same happy and balanced culture we've always had as a small business. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in English, Professional Writing, Rhetoric & Technology. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, biking, creating art, gardening, going on adventures with our dog and traveling.

I'm Blake Denz, the Marketing Director at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Lakeland is my hometown, and I joined this awesome team back in 2017 after graduating from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, you'll find me hanging out with family, catching live comedy shows, exploring new places, and lending a hand at my local church. I bring my love for people and creativity to everything I do, whether it's at the office or in my everyday life.

On the operation side of things, I dispatch the trucks, hire and train employees, schedule truck maintenance, fleet safety training, risk management, perform on sites, and handle damage claims. I also handle some administrative, work such as closing out job sheets, QuickBooks, and deposits. My favorite part of the workday is starting the crew out on a positive note, and seeing their excitement for the crew they're working with or the move they'll be on. My most memorable day on the job was winning a national Customer Service award at our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Annual Meeting. Playing paintball on company appreciation day was memorable too.

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in December of 2018. Coming from a warehousing and moving background, I felt this was the job for me! I started off as a Mover, then was promoted from Driver to Trainer, to my current role which is Move Manager. I help manage our movers and drivers and help with daily operations. My duties include damage claims, hiring and interviewing, as well as many administrative duties. In my free time, I like to go to Disney World, eat good food, and work out.

Hola! My name is Maria and I started my career here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in March 2021. Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, I left for the USA in 2016, driven by the pursuit of better opportunities for my family and myself. Armed with a background in journalism and modern languages, I mastered English, which has since opened numerous doors for me. One such opportunity led me to become a bilingual Customer Service Representative for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. I take great pride in assisting our customers and supporting the Latino community in Central Florida with their relocation requirements. It's truly fulfilling to make a difference in their lives.

My name is Tracy Begley. I am originally from Durban, South Africa, and have been in the United States since 1997. I received my citizenship in 2008 and have enjoyed every minute since being here in the States. I have two amazing kids, Caitlin and Aidan. I fell in love with providing premier customer service at Peltz Shoes where I worked for 17 years managing the Brandon, FL location. I started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in January of 2021 and immediately was so excited to be a part of this amazing team. I love the outdoors and spend most of my time outside work with my family going kayaking, exploring new places, and just being around nature.

Please give a warm welcome to Ruth Cajuste! She was born and raised in central Florida and studied at Georgia State University. She started work for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in March of 2023. In her free time, she loves to listen to music, go to new places with friends, watch movies, and sing at church. Talking to people comes naturally to her and she gets satisfaction from knowing that she made an impact. She loves being able to be a positive influence while working with other amazing people.

Introducing Andrew McBride, our newly appointed customer service representative! He takes delight in bringing joy to individuals and has recently tied the knot in 2023. Andrew is currently pursuing his dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot through flight school. His dedication extends beyond work as he actively serves in youth ministry and the worship team at his local church. When he's not busy, he indulges in hobbies such as collecting sneakers, playing golf, boating, and cherishing valuable moments with loved ones.
