From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful of my belongings.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I have a refrigerator that's larger than standard, and they proactively brought an additional crew member to ensure it was handled safely and efficiently. That kind of foresight made all the difference.

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback. It is great to hear that the team was professional, friendly and respectful throughout your move. The extra care they took with your oversized refrigerator really stands out. Bringing an additional crew member ahead of time shows the kind of planning and attention to detail we work hard to deliver. We appreciate you choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and are glad the experience was a positive one.

Awesome company, highly recommend this company. Very reasonable rates and very accommodating to circumstances in the closing of our house. Although we hope we never move again, we would certainly use them again.

There were a few aspects I found disappointing about the service. Most importantly, I was not informed that nearly half my bill would be for commuting charges for the truck, which would be sent from a location nowhere near where it was advertised. Other than that, I found the crew to be very professional and efficient. The three guys who did my move made the process stress-free.
Response
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that your crew was professional, efficient and helped make the move feel stress free. At the same time, we understand your frustration regarding the commuting charges and the lack of clarity about the truck location. You should always feel fully informed about how your estimate is calculated.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review the communication on our end to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
