Overall the experience with Two Men and a Truck was good. Other than a few Nick's in the wood of my furniture the experience could have been excellent

This was the best experience I've ever had with a move (and I've done a lot of moves). I will need to move again into my permanent place in 4 months, and am hoping to hire the exact same team again - they were wonderful! Normally, movers slow down a lot when they are unloading to drag the time out, and this is the first time that this hasn't happened. Thank you so much!!!

The team of movers were excellent, hard working, polite, and fast. They moved everything with care.

I had to pay someone else to come put our crib together correctly. They left screws on the floor in my baby’s room and my one year old found one. That is completely unacceptable. The crib was put together backwards and missing parts that hold it together. Because of this alone I would never use this company again nor would I refer anyone to you guys. I have actually already shared with all the moms I know never to use your company. Everything else was fine, but this alone is huge to me and could have been devastating to my child had I not seen him pick up the screw and been right there. If you’re going to leave screws lying around at least tell us!

The "port-to-port" was not explained properly and in the end I felt a little frustrated that I ended up paying for an hour and a half of work that had nothing to do with my move.
