Well, you certainly fulfilled your mission. My expectations were thoroughly exceeded! Cruz, Christian, and Yantzy (hope I got that right) kempt me informed as to their expected arrival time. They were early, they were professional, wore PPE gear the whole time, and got the job done faster and cheaper than expected. 10/10 would hire again!

Two Men worked with us three times over the past two years as we had to move our mother to memory care, move furniture for hospice equipment, and then clear her room after she passed. They were so connected with us in every aspect of these hard times. They were gentle, respectful, responsive and compassionate. Shout out to a Chris for his kindness and quick responses.

There was ab4 man team and it appeared that only 2 of them were interested in getting the work done. Julien and Carlos were fantastic. Andre was slow and Hector was new trying to learn the ropes. I had everything sitting in two rooms ready to go. It should not have taken 5 hours to complete this job as it should have relatively been a grab and go.

Latanya, we're sorry to hear your moving team did not work at the pace you had expected, but your move was estimated at 7 hours and we completed it in 5. Despite the fact that we had a trainee learning the process we were able to complete your move in less than the estimated time. Many customers feel as if their move should go more quickly, but we do our best to work efficiently while also taking great care of our customers' belongings. We will certainly share your experience with our operations team and we thank you for your input.

I have used your company several times in the past but this past time (Monday 1-11-21) was overall exceptional. From making the reservation to the last box being taken out of the truck it was perfect. I want to point out Jonathan and Valentin for their professional, caring hard work. 4 stars for these guys.
