The two moving men, Eddie and Andie were exceptional. After a long day loading, driving over 4 hours, they were very pleasant, helpful and polite. They were very careful with all our possessions. Eddie, the lead employee was tremendous. Great job by all!

Our moving team was fantastic. They were excellent when telling us there was an issue with a piece of furniture. The only piece that had any damage was repaired by the team. Issue was minor and fixable. They were honest, careful, efficient, and friendly.

Really should have used a truck with a lift gate when told we are moving an 800lb safe... still brought a third guy to help but also got charged for additional time... a little disappointed. Guy were very capable though and moved valuable statues without damage and very carefully.

Hassan, we're sorry we did not bring the lift gate truck to better accommodate the move of your safe, but we're happy to learn the move went well. Many times we supply a 3rd person to help make the move more efficient. While the hourly rate is higher, it generally works in the customer's favor as it will take less time to complete the move. In April, Julien and a crew moved items to storage and were terrific! Then, the packing team was so friendly and helpful; I did notice they didn’t label every box w/ contents so I will know to ask for that next time! Fenold and the moving team were fantastic, too (Raymond, Charles, Shawn, Christopher Shanks, and Julien:— hard working, efficient, careful, courteous; they look out for each other!
