Movers were professional & quick. Despite the FL heat.
Office team didn’t tell movers my updated inventory or request for mattress bags after I called.
No cell service so movers called to run the final payment. Took time that I was charged for. Person on the line wasn’t professional and cursing.
Movers went to wrong address across town and got delayed. Not sure I should be charged for that.

Paul, we're glad the moving team conducted themselves in a professional manner and that they got the job done quickly. We're sorry some mistakes were made. The moving team entered .5 hour of downtime and we also refunded .75 hour to your credit card. We hope you found that to be acceptable compensation for some of the extra time it took to get to your home as well as waiting on processing your payment. Thank you for your input. We will pass it along to our operations team.

Fabulous job. It really is 2 guys and a big truck. And those men were amazing - professional, attentive, careful and polite. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I will not only have you do the heavy lifting but pack and unpack for me too. Thank you so very much.

We moved from Florida to Tennessee and from getting our initial quote from Stephen, to Valentin and Oscar loading/unloading our items we could not have had an easier time. Our moving team was absolutely wonderful and extremely communicative through out the whole process from loading to transit to unloading. We could not have asked for a better experience!
