We were very satisfied with our three moving men. (Due to the move we have misplaced their names.) All three were very polite, attentive to our needs, and were very careful with our belongings. The scheduling staff was courteous and efficient. The moving team of four people were respectful of our property and used their time wisely. They were very careful with every piece they touched. Each piece of furniture and art was treated like it was the only piece they were moving. Our stuff was loaded and unloaded with the utmost of care. Thank you so much for a wonderful move at a very stressful time for us.

Ultimately, everything went fine. All 3 of them were very polite and friendly. They were a about 15 minutes late in arriving. Once they figured out that one of the tables legs would need to be removed to get the table out of the room, they didn’t have tools and had to wait for someone to bring them. The person that brought them left the tools outside near the truck and the guys inside didn’t know they were there, so more of their time was wasted. Once they had everything they needed, it went really fast.
