The movers: lost the power cord to the massage recliner, broke the main gear on a $1000+ bike, broke the power cord to the adjustable bed, broke the arms (in 2 spots) on a very old mirror, Craftman 3 section tool box dropped over (spilling tools/knifes), 1 mover used often when 2 needed(for safety of items), and broke part of the mini freezer (at the seal)! NO MONEY FOR DAMAGES! No shrink wrap or moving blanket used. Very unhappy customers!

We had three movers assist us with our recent 30 mile move. We have significant damage to repair in the house where furniture damaged drywall when packing the truck. A large piece of furniture was dropped from the truck into the street when unloading and damaged. A marble slab which tops a valuable piece of furniture was cracked beyond repair because it was not property secured during the move.

We have not heard back regarding the replacement of the marble piece which will need to be repaired.

The moving team was very professional and took care with our furniture. They were very friendly and informative. Unfortunately, when moving a heavy chest of drawers into our new house, our vinyl plank floor was scratched. We tried to see if we could remove this scratch which goes across about 20 of the planks but were unable to do so. This was noted on our Two Men and a Truck paperwork.

The moving team, Adam and Zack were polite and friendly. They did a good job in the beginning but as the day went on the quality of work diminished. They got in a hurry and didn't take the same care of our belongings as they did at the start. Items got damaged, dressor mirrors and desk did not get reassembled. Entry door at new home was not protected and minor damage occurred. Floor lamp got broke and tables scratched due to no padding. Perhaps it was hust too long (12 hrs) a day for the guys. We thought we were were missing a bag of linens. So Icalled Adam two days later to see if it may may have been left on the truck. Had to leave a message on his cell phone but never got a call back from him. We did finally located the item.

Your team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Only problem, and it was a big one, was that they broke the shelves in my china cabinet which created additional settling issues for me.

The office and moving team were very courteous. The movers placed the furniture and boxes where we requested. The only hiccup, was a broken leg on our dining table. The driver took pictures and informed us that it would be repaired and returned in a timely manor. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would highly recommended TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

Great experience overall. Guys were on time and very courteous and willing to do whatever was needed. However, movers need to be mindful of dirty hands on light colored fabrics. My bed siderails had dirty hand prints all over them.

There was some damage to some furniture but the furniture claims repairman fixed every problem to my satisfaction.

I only have two issues with the service. 1. I wish it had been stressed that the movers can't take any boxes that have open tops. This left my fiance and I moving many of our things by car until 5:30 in the morning. 2. After the movers left I found a nick in one of my nightstands. When a woman called from the office to follow up I told her about it and she said "No problem, we'll do a damage report and take care of it" but I wasn't told how to fill out a damage report. When I tried to call and follow up yesterday after going through all the prompts and then sitting on hold I was disconnected. Now I'm just trying to get unpacked, so I guess I'll have to try to follow up with that again in a couple of days.
