My movers were fabulous. They went out of their way to be helpful. The move went as smoothly as it could and I have no complaints. I would personally like to thank Bobby, Josh, Colon, Somers and Anderson. Josh is a new team member and was such an asset to this move. Your company is blessed to have each one of these young men.

It is understood that a time of arrival is given to arrive before the moving company arrives. We weren’t given enough time to arrive to our destination. Once we arrived, we were so disappointed to see how our things were dumped in the storage room. No organization. Couldn’t even go into the storage room. We had to rearrange everything after hours of driving. But sure enough we paid >$10k for mess
Response
Olga, we are so sorry to hear you were not given adequate time to arrive at your destination and we apologize the storage wasn't arranged in an organized fashion. We don't often get reviews such as yours and we take all customer feedback seriously. We will reach out to you to see if there is something we can do to rectify the situation.
