Over all job well done, I Think your fuel charge of $ 35 dollars is overly excessive for a eight mile round trip and I felt scammed by this by this charge in total a $ 400 .00 to take 4 tool boxes and one desk 4 miles is more than enough, one man and a truck beware they know how to charge can’t complain about the workers , corporate sucks .

Ray, thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to learn you had a great experience with the moving team. We discussed the $35 fuel charge as not literally covering just fuel, but also helping to off-set truck maintenance and other expenses associated with the upkeep of our vehicles. We do inform our customers about all of our charges in advance and every customer receives an estimate and a pre-move confirmation letter detailing the charges associated with moving. We apologize if you were surprised by the fee. Thank you for your business and your input.

The lead mover was lazy and not professional at all. The movers were slow and I’m missing prescription medication from my dresser drawer. Unhappy customer.

The moving team was professional and courteous and worked very hard in spite of the oppressive Florida heat.
The entire process from beginning to end went very smoothly. I would certainly use them again and also recommend them to anyone needing a dependable mover.
