My moving team , Jet and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other person’s name, were excellent! They were both professional and personable- always very respectful and helpful. I don’t know how they did it, but all of my stuff was loaded, and then unloaded under the time estimate. It was so hot, but they never complained. I appreciate how hard they worked.

Charlie and Lonnie did an excellent job. They were very easy to communicate with and made sure all the furniture was properly wrapped for safety of the items.
Worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs of moving our Mom to an assisted living facility...on the third floor.

T.J and Joseph were excellent loading the truck. It was storming with pouring rain the whole time they were loading. But they kept at it and got the things loaded in the 2 1/2 hours. They had great attitudes and gave us helpful suggestions. I recommend them highly!

Your crew was prompt, and eager.
Lead man will be good asset for you if you give proper training. It took them two hours to get refrigerator out of mom's house.
That was because of lack of training and proper tools.
Whoever is in charge of that aspect of your business, please call me, I will explain to you what you need to send your crew out ready to handle refrigerator move.
