The movers made the entire experience less worrisome with the confidence they demonstrated. Easily lifting items we could never have handled, they also projected a comfortable sense of humor and understanding of the stresses always encountered with moving. Their previous assignment took longer than expected, and they kept us informed about the delay with several updates by phone, which we really appreciated. All in all, the move was efficient, swift and enjoyable. The men were courteous and helpful. We definitely will recommend Two Men and a Truck to our friends, and we will use your services for any future moves.

I was very pleased with the service offered by Eddie and Steven. They were efficient, courteous, and mindful of surroundings. I didn't have to worry about my property or the walls being damaged.

Between the two properties, they got lost and I ended up having to wait for quite a while for them to show up. They did not charge me for the extra time and I was very happy with that resolution.

I have used Two Men and a Truck before, and I will definitely use them again.

Our movers were efficient and very friendly. We tried to move a refrigerator to another part of the house and they were very helpful. (it was not part of the move)

They where good but my dresser out of 4 items really got a lot of damage at this time the will be sending someone over to fix it they needed to wrap it not use card board on it .....Bur they did well with moving

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Two Men and a Truck. From the first phone call with the office to the paying the moving team on moving day. Everyone was attentive, helpful and professional. Two Men and a Truck were not the cheapest bid we received. They came in around the middle. They were worth every penny!! I have already referred them to my realtor and to some friends who will be moving in a couple of months.

I spoke to Lisa yesterday in customer service and let her know how horrible my experience was and followed it up with an email. I was told someone would get back with me by the end of the day and that did not happen. I am so disappointed, your tag line could not be further from the truth, no one there cared enough to get me an accurate quote even though you moved me two months ago, sent the wrong truck, wrong supplies, not enough men, no follow up call during the move and no one was available to talk to when my move went from a 3-6 hour quote to a 14 hour disaster er. Damage, missing items, items left behind, etc. Worst move day I have ever had and I work in office furniture design and relocation, thought I had seen it all. Nope.

I truly apologize, I am glad we were able to make sure you did not get charged for that entire time the men worked due to our underestimation.
