We had a great experience in our recent move, the old place had narrow stairwells and the team excelled at moving items without damage. Will use two men and a truck in the future!

Austin and Josh were fantastic! Both were exceptionally professional, polite and respectful. They both made sure my assistance was limited while they worked together to get the truck loaded and unloaded. Would definitely recommend them both and request them in the future if needed. Thanks

One of your employees used my $5000 amplifier to prop open an elevator door. It promptly fell over. They then got lost TWICE.
Response
John, we too found the actions of our employee unacceptable. Our sales staff had specifically noted how important your amplifier was for the crew day. They were well aware of it's value. The individual in question is no longer employed with us. We apologize and wish you the best in your new home.

The driver and lead mover, Brittany, was very efficient and knew her business. She was timely with her notification calls, fast and informative on the paperwork, and both were very courteous during the entire process. It appeared that she was training her helper, Brycen, who was a bit inexperienced; that did not hinder the process at all, as Brittany is a workhorse. She is small but Mighty

Matt and Ashton were very helpful in dispatch: kind, professional with great attitudes!
Sam and Juan communicated well prior to move and during. They, too, exhibited great professionalism, kindness and care of not only the items moved, yet for us as well.
Highly recommend your company.

Sam and his helper (sorry I don't remember his name) were efficient, reliable, and careful with all of the items that were moved. I had used two men in a truck on a previous move, this recent move and if I move again they will be who I call.

David and Gabriel were absolutely stellar! For a job that would have kept a 4 or 6 person team going, these two were absolutely magnificent! Went above and beyond at every turn, and when a 6-8 hour job rolled into far more than that, they never eased up their work or attitude. Amazing job!!

I trusted your company to do a good job since I had used you before and the movers assured me numerous times that he had over a decade of experience. I trusted that when they loaded 22ft truck leaving 7 ft empty in the back sitting 3 couches vertically, piling everything at front. I almost crashed on hwy - the police pointed to truck load as reason. I had repack it took 2 hours. $777. Never again.

Sabrina, we’d like to clarify a few points regarding your review. You are correct that load-only moves are subject to different liability terms because once the items leave our care, custody, and control, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported or secured afterward. We also have no control over how the vehicle is driven. You voiced your opinion on this matter several times now. This is the first you've mentioned a police officer. We do record all phone calls, we find it very suspect that this is the first time you've mentioned a police.
We also offered the option to purchase our load-only kit, which includes the appropriate professional materials and tools to help secure belongings during transit. You declined that option, and without knowing how the items were subsequently secured, we cannot determine the cause of the mattress damage.
We would also like to address your comments regarding our team lead. He has more than six years of experience in the moving industry and has extensive experience loading trucks efficiently and safely. We stand behind his knowledge and ability to perform his job. Once again, we find it very suspect that this is the first mention of police involvement.
We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we hope you enjoy your new home and wish you all the best.
