Meet the Dynamic Team Behind The Scenes

Here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Denver, we see our employees as an investment. What we are investing in is each individual's potential. Our motto and goal is to "move people forward." Our rigorous mover and driver training has one focus, to instill direction in our new employees. That direction is forward. They will move you forward as a customer, all the while pushing themselves to be better personally and professionally.

Michael Hinaman

Michael started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a mover last July. He was quickly promoted to a driver. This April Michael was once again promoted into the Customer Service Representative position in our Thornton facility. Michael was born in Wheat Ridge and grew up in Rangely Colorado. He went to high school at Rangely high. Michael wrestled, played football, basketball, track and was on the swimming team. He is still very athletic and is also a certified personal trainer. He dabbles in “Strategic Trading Card Games,” video and computer games. He is a father to a super adorable little munchkin named Ava, and his beautiful wife Hanna. When asked what his favorite part about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was Michael stated, “The comradery! Since my first day on the job I felt like I was part of a team. I was welcomed and received the attention and devotion of my co-workers and managers to ensure I had the tools and training to be the best I could be in any position. I absolutely respect the culture of taking care of each other, our customers and communities. I think this is why I have been able to stay passionate and move myself forward through this system. With my new family and responsibilities, I know for a fact the opportunity within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family is the best I have ever found.”

When we asked Blake what his favorite part of his new job was, through a big smile he said "This job is a lot of fun and I love the physical challenge. The management team expects more of me than anywhere else I have ever worked. I have surprised myself with how much I can do given the right opportunity and environment. I can see more potential for my success with this company than anywhere else."

He bought a home, is getting married, has a baby on the way and has been promoted twice. We absolutely love this guy, and the feeling is mutual. We asked him what his favorite part about his job was, "I absolutely love how every day is different. I like challenges as they help me grow and develop a wider skill set and become a better person. I also get to mentor and advise my employees. Nothing is more gratifying than mentoring someone and providing them with the tools to help themselves. Watching my employees and piers find the same success I have is by far the best part of my job."
